DeClutter Coach Bringing TLC’s Hoarding Show to Your Hometown

April 4, 2012 (Utica, NY) – The DeClutter Coach Deborah Cabral is bringing an amazing opportunity to one home in Central New York.

While attending the recent convention of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) in Baltimore, Maryland, Cabral met the Casting Producer of TLC’s show, Hoarding: Buried Alive. The two hit it off immediately, leading to an offer to be featured as an organizing specialist on the new season of the show.

“Being on Hoarding: Buried Alive is an exciting opportunity for our organization and for a member of our community,” Deborah Cabral said. “We are looking forward to working with TLC’s amazing team to help a local person and family in need of extreme decluttering. We have the opportunity to bring this life-changing experience to someone right here in our community.”

Cabral is reaching out to local residents requesting potential homes for she and the Hoarding team to help cut the clutter that has grown out of control. The show focuses on an individual’s inner challenges and triumphs along with capturing the ups and downs of cutting through all the clutter as experts work to put each hoarder on the road to recovery. If you or someone you know is interested in taking part in this once in a lifetime opportunity contact The DeClutter Coach team at deb@decluttercoachdeb.com.

About Hoarding: Buried Alive – Hoarding explores the psychology behind the compulsion to accumulate and store large quantities of nonessential things. Each episode tells the stories of hoarders struggling with behavior that has made every day existence unbearable for both them and their loved ones. With the help of expert therapists and organizers, the hoarders will attempt to unlock the key to their obsessions in hope of reclaiming their lives.
